Much like every other Metropolice Force Unit, Rex knows the basics over a terminal, whether it's from taking peoples ID's or to working a terminal at a checkpoint.

Firearms:
Since Rex is an 01 unit, he has had plenty of time to sit around and practice his firing skills. So therefore, Rex is above the average 05 up but not a dead-eye.

Athletics:

Much like the firearms, whenever Rex is off and about off-duty he just spends his time working out and stuff. I mean who wants to mingle with the civilians?

People skills:

Rex is like other Metropolice Force Units not wanting to talk or mingle with anyone whilst on duty. He'd rather smack a few people with his stun stick then have to deal with a bunch of stupid complaints and such.

I think this character is a bit 'edgy' than most.
