Firearms: Being a newly inducted recruit into the Metropolice Force, Oliver has little training with firearms outside of the shooting range. He isn't awful at directing his bullets, but isn't particularly distinguished for it either.

Close Combat:With his light musculature and relatively flimsy physique lending him no favours, Oliver is pretty much useless without his stun baton. He levels below-par compared to other Units in this field.

Athletics: One of the few areas that his physique lends him a certain edge, Oliver is a physically fit and fleet footed individual. Such a skill would lend him in favours in pursuits, should he ever graduate from being a Recruit.


Biography:

"And that is why we are transferring you to City Twenty-Two, Mister Zalenka." the final words zoomed past Oliver as he was struggling to catch up, digesting the words at his own pace as he decided what to do next, lowering his head to hide the broadcast of his tired eyes, gazing at the Union Worker's fresh, somewhat healthy appearence and steely, piercing eyes. Without a moment's hesitation, the aforementioned worker ushered a hasty thump of a hand against the table, causing Oliver to look up in a mixture of confusion and shock. "City Twenty-Two? A-Alright then, s-sir." were the final words spurned from Oliver's mouth, in a scared stutter as he faced someone of marginally more importance to the Union. "And lose the stutter, Oliver." the words accompanied him to the exit, escorted out of the Union Worker's headquarters with due haste.

Cold, pestilence and poverty were three convinient words used to sum up the area of Oliver's current, or rather, previous residence. The cold air graced his pale cheeks as he shielded his hands from the onslaught of the bitter climate, shuffling them deep into the pockets of his winterized Union-provided jacket. He slowly began his trudge home, the long wind across buildings he would gaze upon for the last time, experiencing a final nostalgia, he moved forth, onwards toward an uncertain future. Yes, he would miss the company of his family, the hard-working father whom provided for a sickly and gravely ill mother, one he himself would have to provide for one day. He lowered his head as he informed his family of the news, everything became null for awhile, events sped past as they had always done for Oliver, minutes turned into hours as he found himself recollecting his thoughts on the train inbound for City Twenty-Two.

In truth, his whole life was just collecting thoughts, trying to catch up events that sped past him. His early life was relatively uneventful. The daily routine of school, home and sleep seeming to cause things to speed past him. He never seemed like one to participate in social encounters, thus leading him to gain little popularity and even fewer friends in his early days. Everything sped past him, the tragic event known as the Resonance Cascade bringing the downsides and darks of oppression and dystopia to the world, but adding the lights of employment to a previously job-desperate and destitute zone.
